The objective of the Connie Thompson Foundation is to further the awareness of intigrative cancer treatments and to provide quality research into the validity of such treatment options. Hundreds of billions of dollars have been spent on the development of conventional cancer treatments. All of this research and production has resulted in relatively little advancement in the long war against the dreadful disease. We believe the answer may very well lie in areas other than chemistry, radiation, and surgery. At least there exists much unproven, even undiscovered, methodology that can lessen our dependence on the aggressive use of these damaging practices.  We just need to pursue it. Focusing efforts on more natural, less toxic options is well overdue. We cannot wage much of a battle in that direction without considerable funding support from those with a passion for finding a cure. We are depending on you.

The Foundation is partnering with prominent integrative oncologists and cancer centers throughout the United States in our overall operation and projects.  We are presently coordinating our policies and activities with key individuals and organizations in the field of integrative oncology.  Terry Thompson is completing a book, A New Strategy for the War on Cancer, which defines the strategy supported by the Foundation. The book's Web site,  www.newcancerstrategy.com, is currently under construction . All priorities for research funding for the new strategy are coordinated with a dedicated board of directors with advice and counsel from licensed physicians and researchers.
